Aries is the founder of this industry in Armenia and has 14 years of extensive experience. It is capable to find the best solutions for to meet the needs of each individual client.
The strategy of Aries Catering is to provide highly professional services and this has been proven by the growing number of customers from year to year. Currently Aries carries out 400 orders and serves 23000 persons annually.
The honesty towards its clients was one of the most important corporate values of the company right from the beginning. This gives an opportunity to create customer loyalty based on mutual confidence.
Aries follows a couple of important principles:
- Use only fresh and high quality raw food
- All orders are equal regardless the size
- There are no important or not important clients.
One of the principles of Aries Catering is to create a company with knowledge based management. Currently Aries catering is the only company of the industry in Armenia that has Quality Management System ISO 9000:2001. The company provides services at the international standards’ level.
In 2007 an e-management system was implemented in Aries Catering as a result of cooperation with the Smart Systems Co..
In accordance with the strategic plan of the company it is planned to implement ISO 22000 which will allow having a comprehensive food safety system at the level of international standards.
Aries Catering is expanding annually. In 2006 it has registered a subsidiary company called Aries Lunch.
