Wedding itself is an important and complicated event. It consists of a number of procedures and parties. The wedding party consists of a few separate parties like pre-wedding reception (at prides house, at groom’s house, at best friend’s house), refreshments during the wedding ceremony and the wedding party itself. The weddings existed almost in all countries and in all cultures. Different levels of importance were given to weddings depending on cultural peculiarities.
In Armenian culture the wedding party is the most important part of the wedding event.
Currently it is becoming popular to organize the pre-weeding treatment at brides house, at grooms house in the form of a finger food reception. This is more convenient because of time and money saving as well as because of nice display of the food.
